Open the can
Slide your nail along the perforated line on the lid and lift it off to reveal the pouches inside.

Place the pouch
Tuck a single pouch between your upper lip and gum, off to one side. A mild tingling sensation is perfectly normal on your first use.

Remove & dispose
After up to 30 minutes, remove the pouch and dispose of it responsibly. Most cans include a compartment in the lid for used pouches.
